Nicola Hutchins is a charismatic and versatile musician. Having studied as a clarinet player at the Royal Academy of Music in London, Nicola forged her career as a ‘trippler’, playing the clarinet, saxophone and flute. She plays in any style from Classical to Jazz/Funk/Pop. In addition to performing with the Roadrunners, Nicola has worked with stars and legends including Sir Cliff Richard, John Williams, Roger Daltry, Pierre Boulez, and Sir Colin Davies. She played in the National Theatre’s production of ‘A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum', worked as a session musician in London's finest recording studios, and played in many orchestras, ensembles and duos. Nicola continues to give classical recitals as a clarinet player. |
